The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.


Cash Patients

Please call the office to inquire about our New Patient Pricing.  Ask about our In House Insurance Plan!  We also offer all patients Care Credit Financing.


Insurance Patients

We do not accept HMO Plans or Medi-Cal
 

We accept Most Major PPO Insurance Plans:

  • Delta Dental PPO and Premier
  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross 100, 200, 300
  • Cigna
  • Humana
  • Humana Federal
  • Metlife
  • Principal
  • Guardian

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. 


If utilizing insurance, the following information is needed to verify benefits.  

  1. Insurance Company (Delta, Aetna, etc..)
  2. Full Name
  3. Name of the Subscriber (The primary person the insurance is under)
  4. The Subscriber's Date of Birth
  5. Insurance ID Number
     

Please have this information ready when calling to schedule a New Patient appointment so the front office can verify eligbility prior to the visit.  If insurance changes, it is the patient's responsibility to update the front office with the new information.
